Glendening House Bill 235 AN ACT concerning State Board of Barbers FOR the purpose of continuing the State Board of Barbers in accordance with the BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article - Business Occupations and Professions Annotated Code of Maryland (1995 Replacement Volume and 1998 Supplement) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article - Business Occupations and Professions 4-702. Subject to the evaluation and reestablishment provisions of the Maryland SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect May 27, 1999 The Honorable Casper R. Taylor, Jr.
