Senate Bill 82

AN ACT concerning

State Board of Law Examiners

FOR the purpose of continuing the State Board of Law Examiners by extending to a
certain date the termination provisions relating to the statutory and regulatory
authority of the Board; requiring that an evaluation of the Board and the
statutes and regulations that relate to the Board be performed on or before a
certain date; altering the maximum examination fee for applicants for
admission to the Bar; requiring the fees charged by the Board to be set so as to
produce funds to approximate the cost of maintaining the Board; requiring the
Board to report to certain committees of the General Assembly on or before a
certain date; making a certain technical change; and generally relating to the
State Board of Law Examiners.
