(d) The Administration shall adopt regulations establishing minimum
standards for the certification of an approved service provider, including:

(1) The minimum qualifications described under [§ 16-405.1] § 16-404.1
of this article; and

(2) A requirement that an approved service provider shall maintain
service and installation records and provide these records for inspection on the
request of the Administration.

Article 14 - Howard County

26.105.

(a) Within [120] 90 days after the end of the COUNTY'S fiscal year, the
authority shall send the county executive and the county council an annual financial
report:

(1) Concerning:

(i) The activities of the authority during the fiscal year;

(ii) The authority's financial standing at the end of the fiscal year;

and

(iii) Recommendations for the improvement and advancement of the
economic welfare of the county; and

(2) Containing the audit report required under subsection (b)(2) of this

section.
