(4) payment by the apparent violator of contributions received to
charitable beneficiaries or for charitable purposes consistent with the beneficiaries
named or purposes represented in the charitable solicitations which generated the
contributions; or

(5) any other stipulation, condition, or remedy that will correct a
violation of this title.

6-609.

(a) Unless authorized by a charitable organization, a person may not:

(1) represent that a charitable contribution is requested for the
charitable organization; OR

(2) use a name, symbol, emblem, device, service mark or printed matter
that belongs to or is associated with the charitable organization to solicit charitable
contributions.

8-101.

(g) (1) "Home improvement" means:

(i) the addition to or alteration, conversion, improvement,
modernization, remodeling, repair, or replacement of a building or part of a building
that is used or designed to be used as a residence OR DWELLING PLACE or a structure
adjacent to that building; or

(ii) an improvement to land adjacent to the building.
