The provisions of this subtitle creating the State Board of Veterinary Medical
Examiners and relating to the regulation of veterinarians and any regulations
promulgated under this subtitle are of no effect and may not be enforced after [July
1, 2001] JULY 1, 2011.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1999.

FOR the purpose of requiring the Health Care Access and Cost Commission to collect
certain data regarding certified registered nurse anesthetists and certified
nurse midwives; requiring a certain uniform claims form to include certain
information; and generally relating to certified registered nurse anesthetists
and certified nurse midwives.
