is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000
or imprisonment not exceeding 3 years or both.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect October 1, 1999.

Somerset County - Alcoholic Beverages - Retail Sale of Wine

FOR the purpose of adding Somerset County to provisions authorizing in specified
jurisdictions the issuance of a Class A light wine license for retail sale of wine;
authorizing certain wineries to provide wine samples to visiters in Somerset
County; establishing certain restrictions and limitations on wine samples
provided by a winery; and generally relating to the retail sale of wine in
Somerset County.
