(II) PAY TO THE UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND, MARYLAND
COOPERATIVE EXTENSION, A ONETIME $200 PROGRAM FEE; AND
(III) SIGN A STATEMENT AGREEING TO SHARE FINANCIAL AND
PRODUCTION DATA WITH THE LOCAL ADVISORY TEAM.
(3) IF A DAIRY FARMER OR A DESIGNEE OF A DAIRY FARMER
COMPLETES PARTICIPATION IN THE DAIRY ADVISORY TEAM PROGRAM, THE
UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND, MARYLAND COOPERATIVE EXTENSION, SHALL REFUND
TO THE DAIRY FARMER THE $200 PROGRAM FEE COLLECTED UNDER PARAGRAPH
(2)(II) OF THIS SUBSECTION.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1999 2000. It shall remain effective for a period of 4 years and, at the end
of September 30, 2003 2004, with no further action required by the General Assembly,
this Act shall be abrogated and of no further force and effect.

AN ACT concerning
Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, and Refrigeration Contractors -
Journeyman Restricted License
FOR the purpose of creating a journeyman restricted license issued by the State
Board of Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, and Refrigeration Contractors;
setting the training requirements for a journeyman restricted license;
authorizing waiver of the examination requirement for a journeyman restricted
license under certain circumstances; setting the insurance requirements for a
holder of a journeyman restricted license; defining a certain term; altering a
certain definition; and generally relating to journeymen restricted licenses for
heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration contractors.
