(D) AFTER THE STUDY IS COMPLETED, THE COMMISSIONER SHALL ADOPT
REGULATIONS TO IMPLEMENT THE RECOMMENDATIONS ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 1,
2001.
(D) WITHIN 15 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF THE REPORT FROM THE BOARD
UNDER SUBSECTION (C) OF THIS SECTION, THE COMMISSIONER MAY INITIATE THE
PROCESS FOR PUBLISHING AND ISSUING AN APPROPRIATE PROPOSED REGULATION
BASED ON THE BOARD'S REPORT.
(E) THIS SECTION MAY BE CITED AS THE "HEALTH CARE WORKERS' SAFETY
ACT".
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1999. It shall remain effective for a period of 3 years, and at the end of
June 30, 2002, with no further action required by the General Assembly, this Act shall
be abrogated and of no further force and effect.

AN ACT concerning
Vehicle Laws - Combination Vehicles with Dromedary Box - Length
Limitations
FOR the purpose of increasing the maximum overall length limit of a truck tractor
operated in combination with modifying length limitations applicable to a
semitrailer operated in combination with a power unit if the truck tractor power
unit is equipped with a dromedary box being used for the transportation of
certain explosives and munitions intended for use by the U.S. Department of
Defense; defining a term; and generally relating to maximum allowable lengths
of vehicle combinations.
