1999 LAWS OF MARYLAND AN ACT concerning Maryland Home Improvement Commission - Temporary Licenses FOR the purpose of repealing the authority of the Maryland Home Improvement BY repealing Article - Business Regulation Annotated Code of Maryland SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article - Business Regulation [8-304. (a) In accordance with regulations adopted by the Commission, the executive (1) a proper application for a license; and (2) each required fee. (b) (1) A temporary contractor license authorizes the holder to act as a (2) A temporary subcontractor license authorizes the holder to act as a (3) A temporary salesperson license authorizes the holder to sell a home (c) A temporary license: (1) may be terminated by the executive director before the Commission (2) expires when the Commission issues or denies a license to the applicant.] SECTION 2.
