There is a State Board of Waterworks and Waste Systems Operators in the
Department.

12-602.

Subject to the evaluation and reestablishment provisions of the Program
Evaluation Act, and except for the rules and regulations adopted by the Secretary,
this title shall terminate and be of no effect after [July 1, 2001] JULY 1, 2011.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1999.

AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws - Shuttle Permits

FOR the purpose of altering a provision of law to provide that registration is not
required for a new vehicle being operated as part of a shuttle on a highway
between certain authorized points while following a registered vehicle
displaying a shuttle permit; increasing the distance a new vehicle in a shuttle
may travel between a maritime port facility and a temporary storage area;
requiring a vehicle that is leading a shuttle to display a shuttle permit on the
dashboard of the vehicle; defining certain terms; clarifying language; and
generally relating to shuttle permits.
