COMMISSIONER OR CLERK MAY DISCLOSE TO THE STATE BOARD OF ELECTIONS
INFORMATION PROVIDED BY OR FOR A PROSPECTIVE JUROR THAT INDICATES THAT
THE PROSPECTIVE JUROR:
1. MOVED OUTSIDE THE COUNTY WHERE THE CIRCUIT COURT IS LOCATED;
2. IS NOT A CITIZEN, OR
3. DIED; OR
4. WAS CONVICTED OF A CRIME.
(II) A DISCLOSURE UNDER SUBPARAGRAPH (I) OF THIS PARAGRAPH
SHALL BE MADE ONLY AT THE TIMES AND IN THE MANNER PROVIDED IN THE
APPLICABLE JUROR SELECTION PLAN AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH REGULATIONS
ADOPTED BY THE STATE BOARD OF ELECTIONS TO ENSURE THE CONFIDENTIALITY
OF THE INFORMATION THAT THE BOARD RECEIVES.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1999.

AN ACT concerning
Emergency Medical Services - Automated External Defibrillator Program
FOR the purpose of establishing an Automated External Defibrillator Program to
authorize certain facilities to make automated external defibrillation (AED)
available; requiring certain facilities to have a certain certificate before they
may make automated external defibrillation available; creating certain
exceptions; defining certain terms; requiring an individual to have certain
training and authorization before the individual may provide automated
external defibrillation; creating certain exceptions; authorizing the Emergency
Medical Services (EMS) Board to adopt certain rules and regulations;
authorizing the EMS Board to set certain fees; authorizing the EMS Board to
issue certificates to facilities meeting certain requirements to make automated
external defibrillation available; authorizing the EMS Board to charge certain
application and renewal fees; authorizing the EMS Board to suspend, revoke, or
refuse to renew the certificates of certain facilities under certain circumstances;
requiring facilities to meet certain requirements; requiring the EMS Board to
issue a certificate to a facility that meets certain requirements; requiring
certain information to be included on a certificate; providing immunity to
certain persons under certain circumstances; authorizing the EMS Board to
