(2) Of the 10 Commission members: (i) 5 shall be appointed by the Secretary of [General Services] (ii) 5 shall be appointed by the Mayor of Baltimore City. (b) Each member must be a Maryland war veteran. (c) (1) The term of a member is 5 years.
