is subject to a fine not exceeding $25 for each carton of cigarettes transported or Article - Business Regulation 16-219. (A) IN THIS SECTION, "OTHER TOBACCO PRODUCTS" HAS THE MEANING (B) A person who transports cigarettes OR OTHER TOBACCO PRODUCTS by (1) the name and address of the seller or consignor; (2) the name and address of a buyer or consignee who is: (i) a person in the State authorized by Title 12 of the Tax - General (ii) a person in another jurisdiction authorized to hold cigarettes OR (3) the quantity and brands of the cigarettes OR OTHER TOBACCO SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That for fiscal year 2001 and (1) Media campaigns aimed at reducing smoking initiation and (2) Media campaigns educating the public about the dangers of (3) Enforcement of existing laws banning the sale or distribution of (4) Promotion and implementation of smoking cessation programs; and (5) Implementation of school-based tobacco education programs.
