Amendment No. 3:

On page 179, after line 30, insert "SECTION 22. SECTION 39. AND BE IT
FURTHER ENACTED, That the whole amount of each general fund appropriation
included in Supplemental Budget Number 3 submitted by the Governor on April 5.
1999, is contingent upon the passage of HB 190 or SB 143 to increase the tobacco
tax.".
