In addition to the appropriation shown on
page 104 of the printed bill (first reading
file bill), to provide funds for Morgan
State University and a proportionate
distribution to the various institutions
within the University System of Maryland
in accordance with pending legislation to
improve state funding and increase
flexibility. The University System of
Maryland shall submit a budget
amendment to allocate these funds as
provided.
