STATE RESERVE FUND

YA01.01 Revenue Stabilization Fund

General Fund Appropriation, provided that

of this amount, the Governor may transfer

by approved budget amendment an

amount not to exceed $6,000,000 to the

Public Service Commission for the purpose

of providing consumer education

regarding electric utility industry

restructuring and customer choice of

electricity supply and electricity supply

services.

Further provided that the Governor is

authorized to transfer $8,040,000 from
the Revenue Stabilization Fund for
the purpose of planning and design of
the following capital projects:
University of Maryland - Baltimore,
Health Sciences Research Facility II;
University of Maryland - Baltimore
