Hygiene's handling of federal funds in

documents a plan on improving the

efficiency and effectiveness of

Licensing and Certification's

follow-up on complaints about the

duality of care at long-term care

facilities. Further provided that an

additional $250,000 of this appropriation

may not be expended until the Office of

Legislative Audits submits its fiscal 1999

closeout review to the General Assembly

for review and comment or 45 days have

elapsed from the receipt of that review......
