DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES

It is the intent of the General Assembly that
the Department of Natural Resources
shall provide information related to
reorganizations to the Department of
Legislative Services on a timely basis. It is
the further intent of the General
Assembly that the Department of Natural
Resources accurately reflect
reorganizations in its budget submission
beginning with the fiscal 2001 budget
submission.
