General Fund Appropriation, provided that

funds for HotSpot grants in Carroll, Cecil,

Queen Anne's, and St. Mary's Counties

shall be contingent upon receipt of a

report of the performance of the existing

HotSpot program for fiscal 1998 prior to

July 1, 1999 prior to July 1, 1999; and

that it is the intent of the General

Assembly that funds for the expansion of

the HotSpot program may be used for

expansion to new HotSpots HotSpot

locations and appropriate expansion of

activities at existing HotSpots HotSpot
