Funds are appropriated in the Uninsured

Employers' Fund budget to pay for

services provided by this program.

Authorization is hereby granted to use

these receipts as special funds for

operating expenses in this program.

UNINSURED EMPLOYERS' FUND

Provided that the appropriation for the

Uninsured Employers' Fund, totaling

$761,637. shall be reduced contingent

upon enactment of SB 66.

EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT - GOVERNOR

The Governor's Office shall provide a copy of

its fiscal 2001 budget request to the

Department of Legislative Services no

later than November 1, 1999 and in the

proper format required of all other State

agencies. The submission shall include the

budgets for the Governor's Office, the

Office of Individuals with Disabilities, the

Executive Department Boards,

Commissions and Offices, and the

Secretary of State. The Governor's Office

should be a role model for State agencies

to submit budget requests that are

accurate, on time and in sufficient detail

to cover all current and proposed

programs.
