(iv) The licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada,
(b) The Board may grant a waiver under this section only if:

(1) The applicant pays the application fee required by the Board under §
14-309 of this subtitle; and

(2) The applicant provides adequate evidence that the applicant meets
the qualifications otherwise required by this title.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1999.

AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws - Allegany County - Golf Carts - Authorization to Cross County

Roads

FOR the purpose of allowing operation of a golf cart in a certain manner on county
highways in Allegany County without the golf cart being registered under the
Maryland Vehicle Law; providing that the Maryland Vehicle Law does not
preclude the designation of crossings on county highways in Allegany County
where a person operating a golf cart may cross the highway for continued access
to any portion of a golf course; and generally relating to the. operation of golf
carts across county roads in Allegany County in proximity of golf courses.
