(I) A STATEMENT OF THE HOURS OF OPERATION OF THE
LICENSED PREMISES;

(II) A STATEMENT OF THE NAME OF THE MANAGER; AND

(III) A COPY OF THE CURRENT STATEMENT FOR THE LICENSED
BUSINESS THAT SHOWS THAT ALL APPLICABLE TAXES ARE PAID.

(4) IN ADDITION TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF PARAGRAPH (3) OF THIS
SUBSECTION, AN APPLICATION FOR A CLASS B LICENSE RENEWAL SHALL BE
ACCOMPANIED BY A STATEMENT THAT SHOWS THE AVERAGE MONTHLY SALES OF
FOOD AND ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES FOR THE LICENSED PREMISES.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1999.

AN ACT concerning

Child Care - Regulations - First Aid and CPR

FOR the purpose of requiring the Department of Human Resources to adopt
regulations requiring family day care providers to hold, and child care centers to
have in attendance an individual who holds, current certificates indicating
successful completion of certain approved first aid training and infant and child
certain cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training; providing for a delayed
effective date; and generally relating to child care.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

5-551.

(a) The Department shall adopt rules and regulations that relate to the
registration of family day care homes.
