Ch. 35 1997 LAWS OF MARYLAND (7) A PERSON MAY NOT BE A MEMBER OF THE BOARD IF THE PERSON: (I) HAS DEFAULTED ON THE PAYMENT OF A MONETARY (II) HAS BEEN CONVICTED OF A CRIMINAL OFFENSE INVOLVING (III) HABITUALLY HAS NEGLECTED TO PAY DEBTS. (8) A MEMBER SHALL MEET ANY OTHER QUALIFICATIONS SET FORTH (9) A MEMBER MAY NOT BE AN IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBER OF (10) THE BOARD SHALL ELECT A CHAIRMAN FROM AMONG ITS MEMBERS. (11) THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE BOARD SHALL REPRESENT THE (F) FAILURE TO ATTEND MEETINGS. THE BOARD SHALL NOTIFY THE COMMISSIONER OF ANY MEMBER WHO (G) LIMITATIONS ON MEMBERSHIP OF HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS AND (1) THIS SUBSECTION DOES NOT APPLY TO A BOARD OF A NONPROFIT (2) NO MORE THAN 25% OF A BOARD MAY BE: (I) LICENSED HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS; (II) HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATORS; AND (III) EMPLOYEES OF HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS OR HOSPITALS.
