REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived without substantive
change from former Art. 48A, § 292.

In subsection (b)(1) and (2) of this section, the former references to the

Committee calls these deletions to the attention of the General Assembly.

In subsection (c) of this section, the references to "insurance" contracts are
substituted for the former references to "interinsurance" contracts to conform
to the language used throughout this subtitle.
