Supplemental Annual Corrective Bill

FOR the purpose of correcting certain technical errors and omissions in the Annotated
Code; clarifying language; reorganizing certain sections of the Annotated Code;
providing for the application of certain provisions of this Act; and making this Act
an emergency measure.
