(1) TO RECEIVE A LOAN UNDER THE PROGRAM A SPONSOR MUST FILE (2) IF THE SPONSOR IS A LOCAL JURISDICTION, THE APPLICATION MUST (3) IF THE SPONSOR IS A PUBLIC SCHOOL, THE APPLICATION MUST BE (B) CONTENTS.
