Ch. 31 1997 LAWS OF MARYLAND (1) THE GOVERNOR SHALL APPOINT THE MEMBERS OF THE (2) THE GOVERNOR MAY REJECT THE NOMINEE OR ANY OF THE (3) IF THE GOVERNOR REJECTS A NOMINEE, THE GOVERNOR SHALL (D) TERMS. (1) THE TERM OF A MEMBER IS 4 YEARS. (2) A MEMBER SERVES UNTIL A SUCCESSOR IS APPOINTED AND (3) OF THE INITIAL APPOINTEES, TWO SHALL HAVE INITIAL TERMS OF 4 (4) MEMBERS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR REAPPOINTMENT. (F) CHAIRMAN. THE GOVERNOR SHALL DESIGNATE ONE OF THE COMMISSION MEMBERS AS (G) VACANCY. ANY VACANCY OCCURRING ON THE COMMISSION SHALL BE FILLED BY THE (H) COMPENSATION AND REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENSES.
