PARRIS N. GLENDENING, Governor Ch. 31 2-210. ACCOUNT OF LICENSES. (A) SCOPE OF SECTION. THIS SECTION APPLIES TO ALL LICENSES ISSUED BY THE CLERK OF A CIRCUIT (B) ACCOUNT REQUIRED. ON OR BEFORE THE FIRST MONDAY OF JUNE AND DECEMBER OF EACH YEAR, (1) THE NUMBER OF LICENSES ISSUED OF EACH GRADE AND KIND; (2) THE DATE EACH LICENSE WAS ISSUED; (3) THE AMOUNT OF MONEY RECEIVED FOR EACH LICENSE; (4) THE PERSON TO WHOM EACH LICENSE WAS ISSUED; AND (5) THE NUMBER, GRADE, AND DESCRIPTION OF ALL BLANK LICENSES (C) FAILURE TO MAKE ACCOUNT - PENALTY. IF A CLERK FAILS TO MAKE AN ACCOUNT TO THE COMPTROLLER IN (1) CHARGE THE CLERK WITH THE ENTIRE COST OF BLANK LICENSES (2) IMMEDIATELY AFTERWARDS, DIRECT A SUIT TO BE BROUGHT REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived without substantive In subsection (a) of this section, the reference to "the clerk of a circuit court" In subsection (b) of this section, the former term "list" is deleted as 2-211.
