(III) JEFFERSON VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY; AND

(IV) MYERSVILLE VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY; AND

(V) 4-H CAMP CENTER.

(3) ALL NET PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
FOR THE ENTITIES LISTED IN PARAGRAPH (2) OF THIS SUBSECTION SHALL BE USED SOLELY FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES;

(I) IF A FIRE COMPANY, TO PURCHASE FIRE AND RESCUE
EQUIPMENT, AND FOR OPERATING EXPENSES, AND FOR CONSTRUCTING AND
MAINTAINING THE BUILDINGS WHICH HOUSE THE EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT; OR

(I) IF ANOTHER ENTITY, TO CONSTRUCT, RENOVATE, AND
MODERNIZE THE STRUCTURES, AND TO SUBSIDIZE THE WORK OF THE
ORGANIZATION
.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1997.

AN ACT concerning

Frederick County - Alcoholic Beverages
(Class A Beer and Class A Beer and Wine Permits)

FOR the purpose of creating in Frederick County a special Sunday Class A beer and a
Class A beer and wine opening permit; providing for the annual fee for the special
permit; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages in Frederick County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages
Section 11-511(e)
Annotated Code of Maryland

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

(e) (1) A Class A wine licensee may sell wine on Sundays.
