SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

8-211.1.

(a) The Frederick County Board of License Commissioners may issue a stadium
beer on-sale license to the owner of any professional baseball team franchise, whether
the franchise is a partnership, [or] corporation, OR LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1997.

Frederick County - Alcoholic Beverages
(Fund Raising Events)

FOR the purpose of permitting certain entities volunteer fire companies in Frederick
County to obtain special alcoholic beverages licenses; specifying the purposes to for
which the certain proceeds must be spent used; and generally relating to alcoholic
beverages in Frederick County.
