NONCONFORMING IMPROVED LOTS OF RECORD WITH MOBILE HOMES AND
OR MANUFACTURED HOMES TO BE SUBDIVIDED EXCEPTING MOBILE
HOME OR MANUFACTURED HOME PARKS.
