AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of:

-    providing for office structures in the C-O zone to convert to residential use.

By amending the following section of the Montgomery County Zoning
Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Division 59-C-4            "Commercial Zones"

59-C-4.2.                            "Land uses"

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of:

-    allowing nonconforming office buildings in CBD zones to convert to housing;
and

-    allowing minor expansions of nonconforming buildings to improve facades
and lobby areas.

By amending the following section of the Montgomery County Zoning
Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Division 59-C-6              "Central Business District Zones"

Section 59-C-6.22          "Land Uses"

Section 59-C-6.24          "Existing Buildings and Building Permits"
