AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

-  revising the definition of child day care facility to correspond with Annotated
Code of Maryland and the Life Safety Code;

-  amending the land use tables to reflect the changes in the number of children
which are permitted for each type of day care home or facility; and

-  amending the special exception requirements for a child day care facility.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning
Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

- incorporating new requirements for disclosure of political contributions in
the local map amendment filing procedure.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning
Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:
