(3)     revise the membership and duties of the Rustic Roads Advisory
Committee; and

(2)     authorize creation of an Interagency Coordinating Committee;

(3)     establish effective daytime maximum allowable sound level limits;

(4)     amend the construction activity exemption to establish an enforceable
daytime limit, redefine exempted hours and add additional compliance
provisions;

(5)     include additional provisions for granting temporary or extended waivers;

(6)     provide for plans for compliance; and

(7)     generally amend the County noise control law.
