Planning and Development - Master Plan for Water Supply and Sewerage

Systems

FOR the purpose of adopting revisions to the Anne Arundel County Master Plan for
Water Supply and Sewerage Systems; clarifying the circumstances under which
certain land use classifications in the critical area may be served by public water
or sewer; updating certain data and information used to assist in forecasting
future development in the County; changing certain service area boundaries to
reflect planned or existing development; and generally relating to the County's
Master Plan for Water Supply and Sewerage Systems.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments:
Article 24, § 1-102(3)
Anne Arundel County Code (1985, as amended)

Personnel - Exempt Service

FOR the purpose of adding the positions of secretary and executive director of the
Anne Arundel County Ethics Commission to the exempt service; establishing
the base salaries for certain salary grades in the exempt service; and generally
relating to compensation of the secretary and executive director of the Ethics
Commission.
