AN ACT Concerning

Zoning - Diagonal Parking

For the purpose of revising the site plan standards to provide for reduced driveway
widths adjacent to parking spaces where diagonal parking is utilized and to provide
for reduced widths of driveways with no adjacent parking spaces where one-way
circulation is required.

[Section 1-325(k)(3)(C) of the Zoning and Subdivision Control Article of the Public
Local Laws of Worcester County -Amended
