Charter of the City of Salisbury by amending Article XVI, Purchases and Sales/City
Property Inventory, § SC16-4, Procedure for competitive bidding.

found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 1996 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

RESOLUTION NO. 551
A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the
annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situated contiguous to
and binding upon the southeasterly Corporate Limits of the City of Salisbury, to be
known as the "Levinson Parcel - South Schumaker Drive Annexation", being an area
bounded on the northerly side of South Schumaker Drive.

CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1996-1
A RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Council of the Town of Sykesville to amend
the Charter of the Town of Sykesville (Section 18 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Carroll County, 1976 Edition, as amended), by repealing and re-enacting with
amendments, Section 18-52, entitled "When taxes overdue.", to bring said Section
into compliance with recently enacted State law to allow certain ad valorem taxes to
be paid in semi-annual installments,
