Ch. 16 1997 LAWS OF MARYLAND

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article - Tax - General
Section 10-702(a)(5)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1988 Volume and 1996 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 27 - Crimes and Punishments

681E.

The Commissioner and General Manager shall develop programs of occupational
experiences to complement the manpower development plans of the State Department of
Education and other agencies serving the residents of Division of Correction institutions.
In this function, the Commissioner and General Manager shall consult with the following
individuals who shall be responsible to provide appropriate assistance:

(3) The Assistant Secretary, Division of Employment and Training,
Department of [Business and Economic Development] LABOR, LICENSING, AND
REGULATION;

Article 49D - Office for Children, Youth, and Families

(a) The Council consists of the following 20 members appointed by the Governor:
