Montgomery County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of
Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 1996 Supplement).

RESOLUTION NO. 97-2

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Glen Echo, Maryland, pursuant
to Article XI-E of Constitution of the State of Maryland and Article 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 edition, as amended), title "Corporations -
Municipal", that the Charter of the Town of Glen Echo as it now exists in Volume 4 of
Municipal Charters of Maryland, 1990 edition, be repealed, and a new charter be
enacted, as contained in the attached true copy entitled "Charter of the Town of Glen
Echo, Montgomery County, Maryland."

[Section(s) 101-1105 of the Charter of the Town of Glen Echo, Montgomery
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 1996 Supplement), repealed and reenacted,
with amendments.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND TOWN
COUNCIL OF GRANTSVILLE that Section 18-63 of the Charter of the Town of
Grantsville is hereby amended to read as follows:
