LAND COMPANY SITUATED IN ELECTION DISTRICT 24, ADJOINING THE
SOUTHERLY MARGIN OF THE COMFORT INN, AND INCLUDING THE
PROPOSED 50 FOOT RIGHT-OF-WAY ADJOINING THE 3.00 ACRE PARCEL.

THIS IS A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF
FROSTBURG TO AUTHORIZE MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL IN
EXECUTIVE SESSION IN ACCORDANCE WITH SUBTITLE 5, TITLE 10 OF THE
STATE GOVERNMENT ARTICLE, OPEN MEETINGS, LAW OF THE ANNOTATED
CODE OF THE STATE OF MARYLAND.

[Section(s) 305 of the Charter of the City of Frostburg, Allegany County, as found
in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters (1990
Replacement Edition and 1996 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.
