ARTICLE VIII, ENTITLED "CITY ATTORNEY" BY AMENDING SECTION 123
ENTITLED "QUALIFICATIONS."

[Section(s) 123 of the Charter of the City of Frederick, Frederick County, as
found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 1996 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

Effective Date February 21, 1997]
