THE COMMISSIONERS OF DENTON

RESOLUTION NO. 480

A RESOLUTION to initiate the annexation procedure as specified in Article
23A, Section 19 of the Maryland Annotated Code, wherein a petition has been
received by the Commissioners of Denton for the annexation of property as identified
in an annexation plat prepared by Land Survey, Inc. dated January 17, 1997 and
attached here to in Exhibit A said parcel containing 2.03 acres.

[Pursuant to Section(s) C1-1 and C2-1 of the Charter of the Town of Denton,
Caroline County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of
Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 1996 Supplement).

OF THE MAYOR AND COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY

OF DISTRICT HEIGHTS, MARYLAND

RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Commissioners of the City of District Heights,
acting pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the Constitution of Maryland and
Section 19 of Article 23A, MD. CODE ANN., for the enlargement of the corporate
boundaries of said City by the annexation of certain land contiguous to and adjoining
the existing corporate area. (13.085 acres of land, more or less - Wintergreen Project)
