RESOLUTION of the Town Commissioners of Charlestown adopted pursuant
to the authority of Section 19 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957
Edition), 1990 Replacement Volume, Title "Corporations - Municipal" to add and/or
annex and include the following described land in the boundaries of taxable limits of
the town of Charlestown. (0.1764 acres of land, more or less - Ganderton property)

Charlestown, Cecil County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland -
Compilation of Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 1996

CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1

Term of Office

RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Council of the Town of Chesapeake City,
Maryland, adopted pursuant to Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, for the purpose of amending Section 26-16 of the Charter of the Town of
Chesapeake City, entitled Mayor, Term of Office, to reduce the term of office from its
current four year term to a two year term to coincide with the term of council persons.

[Section(s) 26-16 of the Charter of the Town of Chesapeake City, Cecil County,
as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 1996 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

ANNEXATION RESOLUTION

RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Council of the Town of Chesapeake City,
Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI--E of the Constitution of
Maryland and Section 19 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, for the
enlargement of the corporate boundaries of Chesapeake City by the annexation of
certain land contiguous to and adjoining the existing corporate area. (22.1599 acres of
land, more or less)
