BOUNDARIES AND TO DESIGNATE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE

Maintenance of City Motor Vehicle Fleet

FOR the purpose of amending the Charter of the City of Annapolis to remove the
responsibility of maintenance of the city motor vehicle fleet from the duties of
the department of central services; and all matters relating to said department.

[Section(s) 12(b)(10) and (11) of the Charter of the City of Annapolis, Anne
Arundel County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of
Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 1996 Supplement), repealed and
reenacted, with amendments.

Mayor and City Administrator

FOR the purpose of amending the Charter of the City of Annapolis to create the
position of City Administrator, to define the qualifications, compensation,
responsibilities, line of authority, powers and duties of the City Administrator,
and to clarify certain powers and duties of the Mayor.

Section 2B of Article VI (added) of the Charter of the City of Annapolis, Anne Arundel
