(b) (1) A licensee may employ any person between the ages of 18 and 21 years
for the general purposes of employment.

(2) A person BETWEEN AGES 18 AND 21 YEARS may [not] sell or serve
[alcoholic beverages except] beer and light wine.

(3) In order to be permitted to sell or serve [alcoholic beverages other than
beer and light wine] DISTILLED SPIRITS, a person shall be 21 years of age or older.
