(4)     the number of hearings held;

(5)     the number of complaints received;

(6)     the number of investigations made;

(7)     the number of applications for licenses denied;

(8)     the total number of licenses suspended or revoked; [and]

(9)     THE NUMBER OF CASES. RESOLVED WITHIN THE SCHEDULE
ADOPTED UNDER § 17-208(B) OF THIS SUBTITLE; AND

[ (9)] (10) any other information that reflects the work of the Commission.

Article - Easiness Regulation

4-205.

(a)     The Commission shall control and have jurisdiction over all contests held in
the State.

(b)     The Commission may:

(1)     adopt regulations to administer its office;

(2)     administer oaths; and

(3)     issue subpoenas for the attendance of witnesses to testify or to produce
evidence.

(c)     The Commission shall:

(1)     adopt a seal;

(2)     adopt regulations to carry out this subtitle and Subtitle 3 of this title;

(3)     keep a record of its proceedings;

(4)     keep at its general offices all its books, documents, and papers; and

(5)     prepare notices and other papers for service.
[ (d) The Commission:

(1)     shall submit annually to the Secretary for the year that ends on June 30:
(i) a report of its proceedings; and

(ii) a detailed statement of all receipts and disbursements; and

(2)     may submit with its annual report recommendations about its affairs.]
