GLENDENING, Governor H.B. 1061 (iv) The licensee may keep for sale and sell at retail any alcoholic (v) The application for the license filed on behalf of any golf and (vi) The golf and country club shall abide by § 11-507 of this article 8-501. (A) THIS SECTION APPLIES ONLY IN CARROLL COUNTY. (B) THERE IS A CLASS C (GOLF COURSE) BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR (ON-SALE) (C) THE LICENSE MAY BE ISSUED (1) IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC; (2) IS OPERATED FOR PROFIT; (3) OWNS REAL ESTATE IN THE COUNTY; AND (4) HAS A GOLF COURSE WITH A MINIMUM OF 9 HOLES. (D) THE ANNUAL LICENSE FEE IS $1,500. (E) SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE BOARD . OF LICENSE (F) A PATRON NEED NOT BE SEATED TO BE SERVED. (G) THE HOURS AND DAYS OF SALE ARE AS SPECIFIED IN § 11-507 OF THIS SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect May 22, 1997 The Honorable Casper R.
