(b) "Accredited hospital" means a hospital accredited by the Joint Commission on
Accreditation of [Hospitals] HEALTH CARE ORGANIZATIONS.

(g) "Nonaccredited hospital" means a hospital not accredited by the Joint
Commission on Accreditation of [Hospitals] HEALTH CARE ORGANIZATIONS.
