AN ACT concerning

Lead Paint - Insurance - Definition of Affected Property

FOR the purpose of altering the definition of "affected property" in provisions of the
insurance law relating to lead point hazards; hazard coverage for certain rental
property; defining a certain term: providing for the application of this Act;
providing for the effective dates of this Act; and generally relating to the definition
of affected property.
