S.B. 846 VETOES Senate Bill No. 846 AN ACT concerning Harford County - Alcoholic Beverages FOR the purpose of creating a Class GC (golf course) beer, wine and liquor alcoholic BY renumbering Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages Section 8-501 through 8-503, respectively to be Section 8-502 through 8-504, respectively Annotated Code of Maryland (1996 Replacement Volume) BY adding to Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of Maryland Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages 8-501. (A) THIS SECTION APPLIES ONLY IN HARFORD COUNTY. (B) THERE IS A CLASS GC (GOLF COURSE) BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR LICENSE. (C) THE LICENSEE SHALL OWN OR OPERATE A GOLF COURSE - 4674 -
